Spostare la finestra quando la finestra dell'applicazione esterna si sposta

Soluzione:

Un metodo per agganciare un modulo di Windows a un altro processo (Notepad, in questo caso) e seguire i movimenti della finestra principale del processo, per creare una sorta di barra degli strumenti che possa interagire con il processo, utilizzando SetWinEventHook().


EDIT:
Sostituito GetWindowRect() con DwmGetWindowAttribute() che passa DWMWA_EXTENDED_FRAME_BOUNDS come elemento DWMWINDOWATTRIBUTEche restituisce comunque un elemento RECT. Questo perché GetWindowRect() non è DpiAware e può restituire una misura virtualizzata in alcuni contesti, inoltre include l'ombra della finestra in configurazioni specifiche.

Grazie a @Jimi per il suo aiuto. Il metodo seguente ha funzionato.

Per prima cosa, memorizzare un riferimento al processo di destinazione:

Process _target = Process.GetProcessesByName("target")[0];

Quindi ottenere l'handle della finestra principale:

IntPtr _tagetHWnd = _target.MainWindowHandle;

Quindi inizializzare il gancio:
